The General Overseer of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo; Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Sokoto, Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah and Kaduna-based Islamic scholar, Ahmad Gumi, were part of the closed-door meeting between a former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar on Thursday.
Obasanjo came out of the meeting announcing that he has forgiven Atiku of all wrongs amd was endorsing him for the 2019 presidency.

The meeting held at Obasanjo’s residence inside his Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
After Obasanjo’s historic announcement, Atiku too to social media to express appreciation to the Christian and Muslim clerics present at the reconciliation meeting.
