Some former members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, most of whom left aggrieved last year, are on their way back to the party, just about a week to the governorship election that has got opposition parties planning alliances to dislodge the ruling party.
Most of the returning members are those left on the banner of Unity Forum and joined the Africa Democratic Congress (ADC) last year when they could not get the APC tickets to contest the 2019 elections.
Newspeakonline reliably gathered that APC national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu met with most of them in his Bordilon, Ikoyi Lagos home on Friday.
It is understood that while some have already registered back with APC others have signified intention to formally announce their return.
