Reports have it that singer Chris Brown was arrested Thursday night, just moments after finishing a concert in Florida.
According to TMZ, several officers waited in the wings as Brown performed at the Coral Sky Ampitheatre in West Palm Beach, before picking and booking into the Palm Beach County jail.
Brown was wanted on a felony battery warrant from the Hilllsborough County Sheriff’s office, WPTV reports. He was however released after paying a $2,000 bond.
The singer due to perform at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa on Friday night as part of his Heartbreak On A Full Moon Tour.
It would be recalled that Brown was previously convicted for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna after a pre-Grammys party in February 2009. He sentenced to five years of probation, one year of domestic violence counseling, and six months of community service.
He was also handed a restraining order requiring him to remain 50 yards away from Rihanna at all times, down to 10 at public events.
In June, a judge also handed him another restraining order against a woman named Cassandra, who accused him of stalking and hitting her after she attended one of his parties.
In June 2017, his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran also obtained a five-year restraining order against him over claims he became aggressive towards her after demanding money and diamonds that he gave her during their relationship, reports Page 6.
