The Ekiti State Government has commenced the recruitment of
Nigeria Certificate in Education(NCE) and Graduate Teachers into public primary schools in the state.
A statement issued in Ado-Ekiti by the Executive Chairman of State Universal Basic Education Board(SUBEB), Professor Francisca Aladejana stated that the recruitment was sequel to the approval of Governor Kayode Fayemi that the board should fill existing vacancies in public primary schools in the state.
The statement said application forms would be distributed free of charge to intending applicants at the SUBEB headquarters, Okesa, Ado-Ekiti on Tuesday, August 6 and Wednesday, August 7 between 8.00am and 4.00pm.
According to the statement, interested applicants with prerequisite qualifications are to go to the SUBEB headquarters with photocopies of their credentials as only applicants with verified credentials will qualify to obtain the application forms.
It stated that all prospective applicants are to submit their completed forms at the headquarters of the board in person on or before Friday for processing while the examination will hold on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Ado, Ikere, Ikole, Ido, Ijero and Ode-Ekiti.
The statement further warned that the board will not accept late submission of application form(s).
